We went for dinner and a Spanish waitress who had heard us speaking Spanish met us. Very funny. Or, the baskets of ragù with white sauce and honey were crazy good. And carbonara is Tiramisu too. The price was adequate for the quantity and quality. We will return to Rome for sure. Congratulations guys from the best restaurants we tested in the four days of our trip!!

Excellent restaurant! Both the food and wine were delicious! Service was excellent, Ido gave us great recommendations! Price is fair for the quality of the products they use, the place, etc. We will come back!

Best restaurant we've been to in Rome. I recommend to make a reservation, consult with the staff about the choice of food. Nothing to fault, just local and delicious.

Had dinner here the food was good the pastas were great the fish was really well cooked but the lamb chop was not good at all it was really bad. the service was good and the atmosphere was nice overall good experience

Posto molto carino, in un vicolo piccolo, fuori dalle orde di turisti che appestano la capitale (ma il locale è anche frequentato da un moderato numero di turisti). Ambiente molto confortevole, con servizio cortese. Cibi ottimi (fritti stratosferici!) da gustare con un buono vino dalla ben fornita contina. Si va sul sicuro!

Seguendo le ottime recensioni abbiamo provato questo ristorante ed è stata una grande conferma: squisita cucina romana. Il locale è ben curato, personale preparato, cordiale e disponibile. Piatti della tradizione romana, squisitamente cucinati. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. La prenotazione è d'obbligo. Super consigliato.

26/05/2024: We arrived late due to the general difficulty in finding parking in Trastevere and the place was super helpful in welcoming us anyway. Two platters, focaccia, generous first courses, tasty pizza and a controversial salad, but not for me as I ate it and it was delicious. The exceptional service. Very special mention to Claudio, who with his kindness made the evening even more fun and enjoyable. Thank you very much, highly recommended!

Schietto Cucina alla Mano

04/04/2024: Restaurant with attention to the smallest details, menu that looks at the tradition of Roman cuisine with some very interesting reinterpretations, all strictly seasonal. The service is the icing on the cake, the love that the owners put into this business is evident. Highly recommended
03/04/2024: Restaurant with a refined and peaceful atmosphere. We tried a mix of starters, all delicious. The gricia with artichokes is recommended! Fast and attentive service. If you are in the area you absolutely must try it
