We ordered a Florentine steak, after a while the waiter came to tell us, verbally, the weight and the cost which was 105 euros...meat good but not exceptional, given the price we expected higher quality, cooking too far ahead . Friendly and professional waiter

excellent food, the cheesecake was very good but the other desserts were a little lacking, the waiter with the very nice goatee and the very nice people who welcome you outside are also worth it

Very pleasant atmosphere, especially with fire heating, menu with pictures - so easy to choose, extremely polite staff and good service, location is perfect, just a few steps from the tower. The restaurant is exactly Italian style in all senses 👌 Buon appetito!

Very good experience on all levels, very good cuisine at affordable prices and attentive and professional service from several nice gentlemen from A to Z. I went to eat in this restaurant as part of a short stay in Pisa around the Cinque Terre. This restaurant has existed since 1976 and I doubted that the quality would be there because it seemed like a tourist restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised enough to write this review and raise the score of this restaurant.

A pochi passi dalla famosa e frequentatissima Piazza dei miracoli si trova questa trattoria tipica toscana. Una gradevole via di mezzo tra un ristorante turistico ed una trattoria vecchio stampo. Tavoli all' interno e all' esterno, questi ultimi riscaldati e con possibilità di ricevere coperte se le temperature dovessero scendere troppo. Menù con ampia scelta di primi piatti di terra e mare, idem per i secondi. Contorni, dolci e pizze. I prezzi esposti sono quelli finali, senza sorprese ne coperto ne servizio, rigorosamente inclusi. Tutto ciò che abbiamo provato ci ha soddisfatto, tre diversi primi, una frittura ed un antipasto. Le foto allegate a questa recensione mostrano anche le porzioni servite, più che sufficienti. Con mezzo litro di vino della casa, una bottiglia d'acqua e due caffè abbiamo speso poco meno di 80€. Bagni puliti, parcheggi del centro storico, tutti a pagamento. Se volete regalarvi una piacevole e romantica serata all' ombra della torre pendente questo ristorante è adatto a voi!

Came here after a trip to the leaning tower as it’s just round the corner. We knew it was a tourist trap kinda place but the menu was extensive. Charming and lovely guy got us a table. But then it went downhill. The waiter we ended up having was SO rude and not just to us but everyone around us. I could see people looking at each other as if “wow this guy has a real attitude”. The table next to us asked if his beer was coming as he’d been waiting a while and the waiter barks at him “you’re not the only customer we have ok”. He brought us our side dish and 10 mins later no main so I asked him to take it away. We got stale bread but had to go get olive oil as he didn’t bother with that. He just seemed really angry at everyone. Food was actually really good but I’m afraid the waiter turned this from a 5* experience to a 2 or 3* one. I don’t think the restaurant reads these as they never reply but my god if you do, you are ruining what could be a lovely restaurant experience by letting someone like this be rude to your customers. And 5 or 6 customers at a time.
