I have been a celiac for more than 20 years and I discovered by chance this pizzeria close to home that recently also makes gluten-free pizza. I went today for the 1st time, congratulations to Gabriele because he answered all my doubts (contamination, flours used, ingredients used, cooking methods, etc.) and he was more than exhaustive 😉 Really good pizza and excellent ingredients, bravo!
