At the Hotel Kamaonda you can expect a beautifully landscaped hacienda with a large pool and a very attentive manager. The breakfast was also very rich, included fresh fruit, cheese, sausage and lots of dolci 🤪 as well as a delicious cappuccino - we can recommend the facility with a clear conscience

We are 4 Spaniards. And it was our end of the trip to Sicily, the employees Stefan and all the other lovely and helpful employees. The breakfast was 100% and the facilities with wonderful pool. Thank you for making our trip more beautiful and comfortable.

Wonderful place surrounded by the greenery and tranquility of the Syracuse countryside, huge rooms, clean and equipped with every comfort, an elegant restaurant, amazing local food and kind and super helpful staff! I will be back for sure!!!

Excellent structure, very clean, with large rooms and a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. A car is needed.

I traveled here with family, the rooms were beautiful, but we found a lot of hair (not ours) around the room. The food was ok but the cleanliness of the dishes was lacking. At reception the people were very kind and welcoming, always available. There should have been a swimming pool but it had no water. Quite a small resort but recommended if you go in season (July and August). When we booked it said that we had a sea view but the sea was a 5 minute drive from the resort.

Cavagrande laghetti ristorante

07/05/2024: The Cavalgrande park (at least this entrance) has been officially closed for years, but you can still enter it by climbing over a fence and then walking the walking route. Follow the signs to the Trattoria / Laghetti Cavalgrande, you can park there for €4 (for the whole day). The route starts there. The path is rocky, carved steps and many loose stones. We took the walk with our children aged 6 and 8, and we all had sturdy walking shoes. It took us more than an hour to go down, and up too. The children found the climb especially difficult (we did too). Bring enough water and swimming gear so that you can swim in the pools below. Cold, but very refreshing! Afterwards we could get drinks, simple pizza and ice cream at the trattoria. In high season/weekend there is a more extensive menu to choose from.

07/04/2024: The only one cinema in this city. Quite good organized. If u want tò Watch a film in italian, you can do It in this cinema.
28/02/2024: The cinema halls are well made, but unfortunately many people, not all fortunately, are with their cell phones on during the screening and I don't understand what they are doing at the cinema. WhatsApp addicts???? Before the screening, people should be made aware not to use cell phones, especially with the screen in bright light.
