Pizzeria Luna e Sole In Sassari

28/05/2024: I start from food which was my main focus given my passion for French croissants. I'm honest, I expected more, the structure of the croissant seemed to have collapsed on itself and the internal honeycomb was quite "crushed" as per the photo I attach. I ate two croissants, one empty (in the photo) and one with cream. The custard inside was very cold and in small quantity, the flavor of the pastry is not bad and reminiscent of those eaten in Paris. I didn't like the pistachio macaron, but the coffee was good. The place is nice inside, but the table where we were sitting outside had some rust spots and was dirty, but the girl wiped it down at our request. The staff are friendly but despite being a good number compared to the tables they gave the impression of not being very organised, it should be noted that some tables were empty. The fact is that the business idea is interesting and I will come back for a second chance!
