Sehr schönes Ambiente, leckeres Essen und ein toller Service. Für die Kinder gibt es im Außenbereich einen Spielplatz.

Pizzas délicieuses dans un magnifique cadre. Nous avions entendu beaucoup de bien de ce restaurant et n'avons pas été déçues. Nous mettons 4 étoiles car l'attente était un peu longue pour le service, mais le personnel était très agréable.

06/10/2023: We were looking for a good/simple Italian restaurant in Bolzano and found Gambriuns. It's not the newest in terms of equipment but the upholstery is new. When it comes to food and the price, you can only say it's great for the region. What I found best was the lunch menu, different starters - main course the same and you get water and a coffee. We (3 people) had salads beforehand, each a pizza (large) and drinks = around €50. As for the conditions, I can only say, like the others, very reserved but friendly.

17/03/2024: Das Essen, die Bedienungen und das Ambiente waren so gut das wir in einer Woche zweimal da waren. Preislich nicht ganz günstig aber das Essen und die Getränke sind das Geld wert. Die Pizzas dort sind teilweise extravakant und richtig gut und lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Reservierung lohnt sich, da das Restaurant immer sehr gut besucht ist.
13/03/2024: Abbiamo cenato per 7 sere consecutive. Servizio sempre eccellente,cucina ricercata e varia con piatti del giorno di grande qualità. Luogo veramente speciale.
