19/01/2024: I describe my experience after eating the pizza: dough not alveolated on the edge, dough that tends to have a "rubber" effect when the pizza starts to cool, the mozzarella being valcolatte does not honor the best dairies that produce that product, being the pizza I appreciated the tomato in a Margherita. My advice is to enhance the basic product more and change mozzarella supplier because here in the province not only have they gained a monopoly but the quality is really poor! Well kept place and there is no shortage of friendliness, nice staff!
