This is my absolute FAVORITE Pizzeria in Italy🍕
The service is wonderful, and their Pizza is the Best! The crust is thin, light, yet crisp, and does not get soggy. The toppings are fresh.
We always make it a point to eat here during our travels🍕
Last year, sadly they were on vacation when we were in town. So this year, the moment we saw they were open, we had to make a stop for dinner🍕
For us, we share a pizza, most people eat a whole pizza each🍕

Gourmet pizza..but above all really delicious, I recommend raw Sant Isidoro..spectacular..a stone's throw from the cathedral in the center

Definitely one of the best pizzas in Trento and one of my favorites in general for the lightness of the dough and the quality of the ingredients.
A note though... I take Camilla pizza (€17), I ask to replace the raw ham with cooked ham (both of excellent quality). I pay: €5 is added to the original cost of the pizza... It doesn't seem correct to me given that it is a 1 to 1 change of ingredients with a very similar cost (if not cheaper the cooked one). In the end I end up paying €23 for a pizza...

The quality of food was just superb. From sugo to various toppings and also olive oil added on the table on our request was great quality (and from local Trentino production).
Service was friendly and spoke english as well.
Very great experience overall! Recommend very much.

Modernly furnished, family-run pizzeria with great pizza and virtuoso toppings. For the first time I ate pizza without tomatoes, but with zuchini cream, gorgonzola, bacon and hazelnuts!

Avevamo desiderio di una pizza ed in base a quanto recensito su Trip decidiamo per Albert ; location ampia e curatissisma, personale gentile e soprattutto ingredienti di grande qualità . Noi scegliamo una acciughe degna di nota. A seguire acquistiamo anche un panettone loro ed artigianale ………. Eccellente.
