Good but expensive pizza.
For its cost I would have expected more, but the manufacturing is certainly above average.
Bad location, cold service!

I continue to find Bianco Farina pizzas fragrant, appetizing and digestible. Absolutely excellent! I always go there when I'm in those parts which, if you're not from Bologna, aren't very easy to reach. Of course the place is spartan and anything but welcoming but those who are satisfied enjoy it (so-so!). The staff is brisk but attentive and "easy going". Decent bathrooms, parking is available, and the place, both inside and on the outdoor patio, is wheelchair accessible.

Among the best pizzas eaten in Bologna in 2024.
Price a little higher than average but the quality of the raw materials can be felt, even when sleeping which was not affected in the slightest:)

Io era un po' che non venivo e ho preso solo un asporto. Capisco che vi siano antipatici, che non apprezziate il servizio e che le pizze siano care. Capisco anche le recensioni negative di chi aspetta troppo e se ne va. Però se mangiate le pizze come si fa a dare una o due stelle? Questo non lo capisco, perché le pizze sono eccellenti e gli ingredienti strepitosi (ho ancora in bocca il perfetto equilibrio della salsiccia e friarelli). Questo posto, da anni, va sempre considerato se si vuole mangiare una buona pizza a Bologna.

Pizza ben fatta, impasto leggero e ben lievitato, ingredienti di prima qualità!
I prezzi sono davvero MOLTO alti! Una margherita 9€ e credo fosse la pizza che costava meno.
Ci sono altre pizzerie più centrali con analoghe qualità di ingredienti ed impasti con prezzi più contenuti.
