Pizzeria Basilico In Ravenna

Super nice guys, starting from the girls on the phone, to the pizza carriers, and to the pizza chefs! Pizza with excellent leavening, super digestible, excellent quality and first choice ingredients! A beautiful environment to have a laugh too!!! I highly recommend it! And I also found all dairy products without lactose!

The staff were very kind, they welcomed us and served us helpfully. The ingredients aren't bad but the pizza overall, given the rather anomalous dough, doesn't taste like pizza. It's strange, under-leavened dough, unsatisfactory, flat, pale. I wouldn't say anonymous but anomalous. At least something to review overall. I think the pizza chef knows how to do better but I haven't felt his potential expressed in the pizza which all in all, despite the dough, is made with love.

The pizza is thin, but the dough is delicious and the ingredients are excellent. The pizza chefs are very strong! You have to try it to believe it!

Excellent pizza, top wholemeal dough, rich in seasonings and quality raw materials. Buffalo mozzarella is really buffalo mozzarella.
