Pizzeria Bachler In Castelrotto

Since we were on vacation, we enjoyed the slightly longer wait together - it was worth it, the pizzas were delicious! The selection is huge, very tasty ingredients and the price-performance ratio is also right!

Best of the 5 pizzas I had during my ski trip ( Gorgonzola with Rucola)..all of us had pizzas so I cannot comment on other dishes, but pizzas were very good, tasty, big enough for a hungry group. They close at 21.00, and they received us at 20.00- which was nice on their side. I liked their location too so all in all a nice dinner. Side note, that I will add to all my reviews for the restaurants where we had dinner during our ski trip in Siusi: they do not answer the phone, when they finally answer, if they answer they had to pass me to 2-3 different persons, until someone understood English. I have not felt pampered in any of the restaurants - just a sheep among other 10000skiing sheeps; quite annoying

The best spinach dumplings I've ever eaten. So fluffy and tasteful. The radicchio dumplings are also absolutely amazing. Again and again !

After being closed for several years, we finally went there again. As before, everything was fine.

Very tasty food. The chef was a bit in love 😍 but with such a friendly boss, that's understandable. The interior is kept a bit cool. As a highlight, there is an extra wooden house outside with an open 🔥 spot in the middle. Absolute recommendation for this. You can sit relaxed by the fire with your friends and enjoy the culinary delights of the kitchen. The boss is an absolute soul of a person. Insider Tip: ask for the -> (Limoncello) Thank you for the lovely evening.

Need to get a little better. Communication was difficult

Ormai sono anni che è una tappa fissa ogni volta che vado in vacanza a Castelrotto, si mangia divinamente, piatti tradizionali con prodotti locali di alta qualità, dolci ottimi tra cui lo strudel che non si può non assaggiare! Pizza ottima, la migliore di tutta la zona…il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza e professionalità di tutto il personale, dalla calda atmosfera del locale e da una vista sullo Sciliar che toglie il fiato!
