12/05/2024: I live on the other side of the country and I travel on purpose to buy from Uppà, it has become my trusted bakery! Excellent products, friendly staff and spotlessly clean place. The owner is a hoot! Apart from the bakery it is possible to order take-away buffets, with panzerottini, mini sandwiches, rustici etc. Of all the goodies available, I recommend the low tomato focaccia and the brioche bread which, for the occasion, can be made in the shape of letters or numbers.

10/05/2024: Production of bread baked in a stone oven fueled with peel. Almonds, bread specialties with various seeds, wholemeal bread and buffet preparations on request, all bread making is made exclusively with sourdough, excellent panzerotti, arancini and croquettes, and much more,
