Went there two nights in a row, first night, I was blown away, Pizza was absolutely delicious. There was this amazing harmony between the dough texture, acidity of the tomato sauce, smokey flavor of the wood oven, toughness of the pork bites, the sweetness of the ricotta cheese and delicacy of mozzarella. Second night, my pizza was cold. Not to the standard I set for this place the other night. Most of staff are not nice, as with everywhere else in Italy.

Food was amazing. Had the margarita and the Carolina. Service was fast and terse. They had one waiter for the second floor most of the time which made getting service difficult but honestly he tried his best. Food was amazing. Getting your name on the list was confusing and the speaker they used to call your name might as well have been muffled with a sponge. Make sure to stand directly in front of their door when listening/ask at the first thing that remotely sounds like your name.

Pizza is made with god's hands in this place! I visited this place 2 times and I tried 3 different pizzas and they were all great. I mostly liked the taste of fresh and high quality buffalo cheese and the smokey flavor of the dough. It seems that they have multiple ovens and the taste of the same pizza (the smokey flavor) can be different based on the oven it has been made in. The staff were not that nice to tourists (just like everywhere else in Italy). It is a bit hard to choose cause there are so many options and there is no english menu.

I finally managed to eat the famous pizza from the Sorbillo pizzeria, excellent as I imagined and quality products. The wait is normal. You have to give your name and diners. Wait for lunch time, half an hour plus half an hour to enjoy the pizza. The thing that surprised me was that the bill was average, I would say more than honest.

Best pizza I've ever eaten (and we've eaten a lot of it)! We were skeptical at first, being very touristy, but we were convinced by advice from local people. I would go back tomorrow just for this!

Storica pizzeria a Spaccanapoli. Piano terra per i locali, primo piano per stranieri. Pizze ottime, prezzi favolosi a maggior ragione data la qualità. Ottima e facilmente digeribile.

Best pizza we had until now!! Especially their Napolitan style Margherita was just perfect! Great dough, delicious tomato sauce, well baked, big size and with only 5.90 each!! Great house beer also! It was definitely worth the one hour we were waiting to sit!
