For years in Bologna there have been several takeaway pizzerias offering pizza by the slice called Altero! This is the latest addition, the largest with even tables to eat inside!

This is the ideal place to taste different pizzas by the slice and of very good quality! For two people, we enjoyed 3 slices and a hot dog, as well as a very good Spritz for less than 20 euros, and it was more than enough! We recommend!

We walked around the center of Bologna for 4 days and came here to eat every day. The pizza here is delicious and fresh, prepared in the morning and throughout the day. Priced at 1.8 e per piece. I am sufficiently refreshed with 2 pieces. In general, here you can quickly, efficiently and inexpensively eat and drink cola. The toilet is terrible, like a scoop, there are no waiters, but I gave 5 stars for the food! Thanks to the guys, they don't bother you and serve you quickly, that's enough. Good luck!

More like pizza al terrible. Soggy, lukewarm pizza squares with burned edges. They forgot about my order in the oven and burned my pizza square. The employee gave me a free square but it was cold. Not what you’d expect in Italy and was reminiscent of bad American pizza.

28/03/2024: Would I repeat? Why not. A place to sit and find tranquility in the central market and that are not the typical food chains 👍🏻. The menu is not very extensive, but what I tried was good. 👍🏻 Reasonable price 👍🏻 Little space, it can be a bit overwhelming 👎🏻

17/12/2023: Anche se i prezzi non sono proprio popolari (caffè 1,40 e paste a 2 euro), devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Locale pulito, personale giovane e educato. Paste molto buone.
13/12/2023: La prima volta che mi recavo in questo bar / pasticceria. Bellissimo locale, ottimi caffè e cappuccino, e paste (produzione propria) semplicemente fantastiche. Servizio rapido (nonostante i tavolini ed il bancone fossero pieni di persone) e cortese. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Consiglio al 100%.
