Gas oven (not wood) they explained to us that the dough always varies, the one we tasted on Saturday evening was a fine pizza with excellent ingredients but really DRY. I am sorry. Service and location ok.

Durante le feste siamo passati in Umbria, abbiamo scoperto questo posto limitrofo al nostro hotel. La pizza era veramente buonissima, tanta varietà di scelta e personale gentilissimo. Consigliato!!

05/04/2024: Very good first courses, the meat is fantastic. The place is quaint and welcoming, the guys in the room were all knowledgeable and kind. We spent a pleasant evening. Absolutely worth trying.
