When the 'chosen one' arrives, it does not disappoint: artisanal dough, cooking in a wood oven, top quality ingredients and in generous doses...
Perhaps the best pizza in Novara, at a very affordable price.

First time a week ago in the evening, before I have always had it for lunch, a time when the prices are reasonable as is the waitress' haste in serving you to free up the table.
A Thursday without a crowd, 12/15 people seated, a waitress in a hurry, good pizza even if you obviously can't help but char part of it, pizza prices that rise when it's time to pay the bill, not by much but by that euro that it is evident because it does not correspond either in the printed menu or in the online one. They took a few more euros and lost the customer.

Pizza Garage is a place located on the edge of the city of Novara, and although I only visit Novara once a month, I always choose to go there. The pizza dough is impeccable and the ingredients are of excellent quality. The service is quick, even during lunch time when the place is often crowded; however, they manage to reorganize themselves efficiently to accommodate individual customers as well. Despite the crowds, the environment remains quite intimate thanks to the arrangement of the tables.

Overall good pizza but not as excellent as you might imagine... I asked for a drink but was told that it wasn't possible to prepare it even though all the ingredients were at the counter

Excellent pizza, especially with the variations with a stuffed edge.
On desserts, the tiramisu is very good, the palotta with Nutella is a little heavy.

Mi sono fermato per un pranzo di lavoro in settimana. Ambiente accogliente. Pizza di ottima qualità. Ho mangiato una pizza tropea: buona, ben farcita e con ingredienti di qualità.
Ottimo servizio ai tavoli.
