Very salty pizza and under-leavened dough... at first it wasn't bad but it was difficult to digest, on the other hand good frying

I am impressed every time by the craftsmanship and care they put into their dough. If baking a pizza with white flours is already an art, imagine bringing ancient flours such as spelt, buckwheat, kamut, wholemeal flour and carob (my favourite) to such flavours, digestibility and taste that it makes me forget the classic pizza. There is research into the most suitable combination to bring out the flour and the seasoning...never banal, never over the top!CHAPEAU...CHEF!! I would also like to say a big compliment for the service, always friendly and attentive. See you soon

Siamo stati da Pizza Do.C. per una cena in famiglia, ed è stata davvero una bellissima serata. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, sono stati molto gustosi sia gli antipasti che le pizze, e finalmente dopo mi sono goduto una bella notte di sonno senza dovermi alzare per bere! Ancora grazie ad Alessandro per la sua grande professionalità e per la sua incontenibile simpatia. Ci rivedremo presto!

Era la prima volta che mi recavo in questa pizzeria e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto. Pizze veramente squisite nei più svariati impasti. Servizio molto cortese. Consiglio naturalmente a tutti di andarci.
