Good food, simple but original menu, very friendly staff, quick service, environment is in keeping with the spirit of the place but I would add a little more colour... The only flaw is slightly expensive, not so much in the dishes which, being fish, can fit in but in the rest such as wine and home-made desserts... (a liter of house wine €24 is excessive, it is the cost of a good labeled wine...) however overall ok.

Nice, good food, only flaw: few people and heating turned off at 9.30pm, already half empty Even if there were 2 of us, they couldn't open the door and clean, I caught a fever the next day It's a shame, despite the good food, I understand the desert crowds.

Pesce e piatti molto divertenti, buoni, con ottimi ingredienti. Tutto ben fatto, un carinissimo locale di pesce nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze. Devo dire servizio da 100L, molto carini e sempre servizievoli.

This restaurant is located in an adorable area. We chose the house wine which was delightful. We started with the fried artichoke and 3 dips. That was great. My husband had the fish and chips. I chose a special of pasta with clams. Everything was well presented. But, the main courses were heavily salted. I couldn’t finish my pasta because of the amount of salt; my husband did that for me. We chose a cheesecake and the baked apple desserts which were excellent.

27/01/2024: After years of absence not by choice but dictated by health reasons we have finally returned and I must say that nothing has changed. Maybe it's even better than before. I renew my compliments to Teresa and all the rest with sincere friendship.
22/01/2024: This place, despite being close to my home, I had not yet visited. Excellent experience!! Beautiful location, very well looked after, fantastic furnishings also ideal for ceremonies or romantic dinners with rooms that are a real gem! The food (my partner and I ate fish) is very fresh and excellently cooked! A round of applause to Mr Giacomo (owner) who welcomes you and makes you feel at home! Next time I'll try the raw fish because in my opinion it's worth it!!!

La Borghetta

07/04/2024: We stayed at Villa la Borghetta for 2 days using the "romantic escape" package, staying in the Charme room... the first important thing for me since I have vision problems, is the low lights in the corridor to get to the room as well as in the room same .... only 2 lamps and a floor lamp ... as in the bathroom (without window)... Room furnished with little furniture where you can place things ... but the bed is comfortable and the room is quiet (thank you also to the neighbors)... As for the SPA which was a bit too small and cold...the only positive things were the treatments even if the massage lasted less than 30' (but unfortunately we didn't have a timer).. .. A particular positive note goes for dinner... we ate very well and were accompanied by the kindness of Mr. Claudio. The breakfast is not very rich... we expected much more especially not to find only one waitress who "poor thing" was left alone to manage everything especially on Saturday morning..... the service suffered... I believe that to aspire to 4 stars, the Management should review a few things...
05/04/2024: The staff are very welcoming and the service excellent. Unfortunately the small details of the room should sincerely be sorted out as it is considered luxury, I will be back very soon, but luckily I will definitely change the room...
