Pepe Nero In Follonica

28/04/2024: Excellent restaurant with flavors of the past. On the Strada Statale Aurelia, northbound but also easily accessible from the other side of the road via the nearby junction. Ample parking in front of the restaurant, free, also for trucks or buses. Very rich appetizer, with hand-cut local cured meats and cheeses, fantastic homemade pasta made by the expert hands of Mrs. Nunzia, who together with her daughter Barbara welcomed us with warmth and kindness. Grilled meat, cooked in the huge fireplace, really good. Highly recommended place!

02/04/2024: Informal place, discovered by chance but much appreciated. The homemade pasta and the attention to the ingredients are very good. We didn't try the latter but we were still curious.
