Typical South Tyrolean cuisine finely varied. The service is very attentive and friendly. Our food from the Grühlings menu was excellent. A real tip if you don't want pizza!

Cucina tipica della zona. Servizio molto gentile e curato,buona attenzione al cliente. Piatto di affettati e formaggi buono. Molto buone le tagliatelle al ragù di selvaggina. Anche i canederli erano buoni.Conto in linea.Forse da rinnovare e rendere un po’ più moderno.

Ristorante elegante e molto curato, situato poco fuori Bolzano, abbiamo provato cibo tipico della cucina altoatesina servito con eleganza e semplicità nell’impiattamento e di ottimo sapore al palato. Vivamente consigliato.

Ein super Lokal, sehr gutes und wechselndes Menü. Ein Top Service von Empfang bis zum Abschluss.hier kommt man gerne wieder. Parkmöglichkeiten weniger vor dem Haus und viele 50 Meter entfernt. Ich/wir kommen wieder

Trovato per caso salendo da Bolzano lungo la strada del vino in una orribile serata di pioggia. E si è dimostrata una bella esperienza. Bel locale, buoni piatti, servizio cortese.

Der Kellner war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Chefin hat uns nnicht gegrüßt obwohl ausser uns nur noch 1 Gast im Lokal war. Das Essen war sehr gut und ist zu empfehlen.

Weber

06/04/2024: We stayed at the Gasthof Weber for 5 nights. You can call it a little insider tip. The cleanliness of the rooms, the location as well as the breakfast and restaurant receive full points from us and are exceptionally good! The staff is very good and accommodating, the atmosphere is familiar. 100 points as an inn!
26/10/2023: Our visit to the Weber Restaurant in October 2023 was a true taste experience. The food was excellent, of exceptional quality, and the attentive service staff also did an excellent job. The highlight of our evening was getting to know the chef personally, which made our experience even more special. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates excellent food and service.
