I have been coming to this historic pastry shop for half a century, in my opinion the absolute best in the city and beyond, divine cream cannoli, etc... There is "only" one negative note: the women who work there are there for too long and they are always "badly pissed off" and even ignorant I would say. Bon appetit anyway. Roberto.

For the people of Bologna it is the unmissable pastry shop, the savory panettone is unrivaled, the pastries and desserts are excellent, near the holidays it is better to book. Friendly and helpful staff.

The pastries are always good, but the price list adjustments strategically made before the Christmas holidays make everything much more bitter. The prices have truly become legalized theft. Everything is fine, but charging 10 euros for a 250g slice of cream and black cherry tart is like prison. Of course I left it there.

MONTEBIANCO DA DIMENTICARE, TENERINA OTTIMA. Viene spacciato per Montebianco una meringata ricoperta di panna, con qualche pezzo di marron glacé decorativo: neanche un briciolo di castagna all'interno!

26/03/2024: The best pizza in Italy, I ate in various pizzerias, but I liked it the best here. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, but based on the comments about the eastern accent, I conclude that it's some kind of prejudice.

24/05/2024: We are really shocked by the negative reviews left... fortunately we ignored them and today for lunch we wanted to try this place. Convenient parking, kindness and friendliness in welcoming us. They made us sit on their terrace (and we can assure you that of all the restaurants on the Bolognese hills this is the most beautiful of all), excellent raw materials including some products from their garden (they also have their own wine production, the rows you can see them from the parking area), thoughtful and well-plated dishes, sweet cream and exceptional rice...good service, excellent wine list...good coffee and good "niche" bitters... well, we really don't understand this negativity.
13/05/2024: I had a wonderful experience in this place with a crazy view, located on the Bolognese hills totally in the middle of nature; contemporary dishes, refined but simple, fresh flavours, excellent products. Wonderful staff, the guys are super nice, the service was very pleasant thanks to the care and beautiful presence especially of the girl who took the orders and advised us without ever disappointing us named Maddalena and another Roman guy who served us. Medium-high prices but everything is there. Absolutely rated 10!
