fermatomi a Bagolino in febbraio per il carnevale ho trovato questa pasticceria un ottimo punto per fare colazione. prodottici fatti da loro con un attenzione particolare a ingredienti tipici e Bio. ottimo il cioccolato alle erbe da consigliare !!!

The staff is very kind and welcoming. The products are fresh, organic and natural. Excellent quality of brioches, different from other places, very light and digestible. I highly recommend bitter sugar to everyone, a typical product that you can't miss to keep with you, it helps against flu problems. I highly recommend Evelina's pastry shop!!!

My husband and I, every time we go to Bagolino, we don't fail to stop in this mountain pastry shop where, in addition to desserts made with organic ingredients and typical local products, you can find "socher amar" sweets, a true traditional delicacy of the country, whose origins are ancient, and have been handed down for generations. The women of Bagolino once collected inflorescences, roots, herbs and fresh berries from the surrounding mountains to produce bitter sugar, also to cure minor seasonal ailments. My husband and I always stop to have herbal tea with this wonderful specialty added to water which has both digestive and beneficial properties for sore throats and coughs but with herbs I also suggest dark chocolate, meringues and biscuits. The place is very welcoming and furnished with excellent taste and the price is right. This pastry shop is really recommended
