More than excellent...the best pastry shop in Ravenna...but the service is terrible...it's like entering a cemetery...the bartenders are terrible...no good morning...no smile...slow like the sung mass...

The new management has given a small breath of fresh air, but not always kindness, on the contrary... This morning I stopped in quickly to get a takeaway pasta for my mom. Car in via Trieste with the four arrows, empty pastry shop, a sales assistant was sweeping, and greets me politely, the barmaid was making a latte for the only customer present, after about two minutes, she saw that I was in a hurry, she goes in the direction opposite the place, she drinks some water, I politely wait, then I signal to her if in doubt she hasn't seen me, she snorts at her and says in half Italian I'm arriving I'm arriving, she goes back to the coffee machine, stains the coffee with milk, then she cleans all the pans, the coffee machine top and comes to me annoyed. Need I say more? Yes, the pastas are excellent and the quality in general is good for me. Some barmaids are professional, this makes the desire to go to the pastry shop go away.
