A wonderful, quiet cafe near piazza Navona. Friendly and helpful staff. A daily stop during our stay in Rome. I definitely recommend it.

This place is a great hidden gem for lunch, we visited and had two stuffed pizzas and drinks for under €20's. Staff were nice and it felt like a true bit of Italy.

Although quiet when we were there, we had a delicious meal (spaghetti carbonara and a Greek salad) and the charming chap from Peru looked after us well, going to great lengths to ensure we felt welcome. Excellent value.

We visited today and the staff were friendly and the good was very tasty and inexpensive. I had the spinach and ricotta ravioli. I would happily visit again.

I had the most amazing solo- birthday lunch here. The man who runs it is the sweetest person in the whole world and I wish I could come here every day. The area is beautiful and I fell in love with everything about this place. Thank you.

05/04/2024: I had a great dinner with friends at Prefetti 19! It was a nice find right in the city centre! We ordered several starters, as we couldn't decide, and they were all beyond expectations. My favourite were maritozzo and baccalà. I then had beef cheeck which was very soft and tasty. Ended with the best pannacotta ever. The waiters were very friendly and helpful with wine pairing. The atmosphere was relaxed yet chic.
05/04/2024: Excellent dinner right in the heart of Rome! The menu is a comprehensive overview of modern Italian food. The staff is really knowledgeable and gave good recommendations about food and wine. The appetizers were really tasty, you should take a few to share among the table. For the main course, we chose carbonara and long-aged beef cheek, especially the latter was mouth-watering! Everything was crowned by a rich panna cotta for dessert.

31/03/2024: We went to this restaurant thanks to a Smartbox that they gave us for Christmas. Lovely, refined and elegant place with pleasant background music. Helpful and friendly staff very attentive to the customer. The unique and particular dishes; for each of these there was an explanation. We started from the welcome course brought together with a glass of bubbles up to the dessert. They also pay particular attention to intolerances or allergies. Absolutely recommended. On the site you can also find tasting menus with different courses. We will definitely be back!
17/02/2024: Very elegant environment with refined taste. The delicious dishes match the atmosphere. Courteous and helpful staff. On reservation. Definitely suitable for special evenings. It has three rooms: a more intimate and private internal room, two external rooms closed as a veranda, screened by high hedges, which, if necessary, come together to create a unique environment. Menu for all palates, with particular attention to allergy sufferers, vegetarians and those with different needs, to be communicated at the time of booking, even online.
