Nice and quiet place, friendly service. The pizza was really good, soft dough, excellent ingredients; the sausage and broccoli very tasty, also the tabisca, perhaps just a little too abundant in oil. correct value for money. Hamburgers also available on the menu. Advised

Ottima pizza. Preso friarielli e bufala. Peccato fosse sottilissima al centro, impasto quasi inesistente, come tutte le pizze napoli style con cornicione altissimo e senza condimento.

prima volta in questa pizzeria, in centro.. locale di design moderno..stile industrial (ormai come si usa quasi avunque..) ordianiamo antipasti e pizze , tutto buono ma non da dire wow. la pizza troppo sottile, ingredienti di qualita' ,condite bene. personale gentile e disponibile conto corretto visto l ambiente . molto elegante e di target alto. se dovessi ritornare..? non saprei .

Da famiglia di panettieri Paolo Costa si è dedicato alle pizze dopo buona formazione e attenta sperimentazione completata da prodotti di qualità. Un solo impasto ma gustoso, digeribile, ben lievitato con lievito madre. Una buona scelta e qualche piatto di carne, ottimi i panini con pane-pizza ed hamburgher.

22/03/2024: A small gem in the center of Bagheria, a private and very pleasant location, we had an aperitif and were delighted by the quality of the products, both snacks and sandwiches are exceptional, obviously the focus of the place (being a wine bar) is the wine list, impressive, huge choice from Sicilians to Italians, also including international labels. The total experience is crowned by the professionalism and passion of the managers. What can I say, one of the best places, if you pass through Bagheria you absolutely must pay a visit.

26/12/2023: Excellent pastries, delicious quality products. You can order desserts that are difficult to find elsewhere because they are historic and "ancient", especially the biscuits with raisins. Very good
