Paninoteca al Morsigon In Trieste

18/11/2023: Happened by chance on a Monday in November. One of the few restaurants open for dinner in the center of Trieste. The location is very characteristic, a nice tavern with tables also outside where you can breathe a family and convivial atmosphere. Fast and friendly basic service. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga was very good, too bad it got cold immediately, perhaps because it was served barely warm. Octopus tentacle with pea cream soup and excellent burrata. Amazing chocolate cake. I count in the norm. For me it was a good experience. Pet allowed. I advise.
