The cook is very nice but the person you order from is very incompetent if you come across the man, the lady is very professional. If I had been content to only go there once I would have given it 5 stars but my second meal with them was not even worth 1. They only serve every other time which is certainly the menu. We ask for kebab bread, they supposedly only have skewers, however, it is present in their menus and the first time I was served that...

All perfect ! I ordered a chicken dish with a side of tomato, while my husband ordered a meatball sandwich. Very good dish and well cooked chicken in large quantities. We'll be back

Ho preso tre panini da asporto e arrivato a casa la sorpresa che uno era diverso da quanto ordinato rovinando la cena dei miei ragazzi. La qualità dei prodotti non è male ma c'è molto pressapochismo da parte del personale aggiuntivo che utilizzano durante i picchi di lavoro. La cosa che più mi ha fatto storcere il naso è la richiesta di un supplemento di 50 centesimi sul conto se avessi pagato con la carta, meno male che mi sono accorto prima di pagare perché il cassiere non mi aveva nemmeno avvisato del supplemento del tutto illegittimo.. Peccato che un'attività così florida si perda nelle piccole cose.

For non-Syracusans, there is a story about this place which was hit several times by arson, according to which these acts of vandalism were committed because its owners opposed the payment of protection money, also intervening with the forces of the order, I don't know if the story is true but certainly if it were they would deserve everyone's respect. For the rest it is a classic "paninaro" in the Syracuse area, one of the best known and "ancient". The products are excellent, the service is fast, the staff is practical and the prices are average. They recently implemented covers to be able to eat the sandwich on site while sheltering from the wind and a little from the cold.
