A good bakery with a small point of sale. Not visible from the main street in Torre San Giovanni but marked on signs by turning down a couple of streets it can be easily reached. It was our go-to bakery for the September holidays.. Pizzas, pucce and focaccias fresh every day.. and then off to the beach.. the one with cherry tomatoes is excellent.. To try and recommend!!!

Ottimo il pane e la focaccia con i pomodori. Le loro friselle, i taralli al vino e i mostaccioli sono uno spettacolo. Personale molto cordiale e il profumo appena si varca la porta è inebriante !

Produzione quotidiana di vari prodotti di panificazione con farine e tecniche tipiche locali. La mattina ci sono anche prodotti da asporto per la colazione. Prezzi allineati. C'è sempre 3~5 minuti di fila da fare, segno che il prodotto è buono visto che in zona ci sono altri forni e negozi che vendono pane e derivati...

Panificio buono, soprattutto nei prezzi nonostante sia in un luogo turistico. Sicuramente i prodotti sono buoni, ma le pucce non sono propriamente quelle tipiche leccesi. Ad ogni modo il servizio è ottimo, con possibilità di prenotare

Prodotti du buona qualità, personale gentile, ma prezzi troppo alti per assere un forno . Focaccia con pomodorini 2€ cornetto 1.40€ il bar lo vende 1.50€ Capisco che stiamo in una località dove si lavora 3 mesi l'anno , però la troppa speculazione, dopo fa venire il disgusto.

La locanda del centro

02/04/2024: Dinner with relatives in the historic center of Lecce. We chose to share some typical mixed fried foods as a starter and then some traditional Salento first courses: Ciciri and Tria, Sagne cannulate with tomato and strong ricotta, Orecchiette with tomato with meatballs and cacioricotta. I particularly liked the appetizer. The dishes are good both in quantity and preparation, the tomato puree as well as the flavor of cacioricotta and strong ricotta without any particular boost in taste. The price is in the post-inflation average. However, the staff was a bit elusive, I don't know if it was due to the peak dinner time.
