Tutto in questo forno è eccellente! La qualità, la varietà dei prodotti e la sicurezza della materia prima, fa di questo forno un punto di riferimento storico della città. Proprietarie molto gentili che portano avanti nel migliore dei modi la tradizione del pane di Matera e di tutto il resto di loro produzione.

Panificio tradizionale di Matera. Pane, focacce, dolcetti tipici. Tutto molto buono e si può consumare ai tavolini fuori se il tempo lo permette.

Tout ce que j'ai acheté était très bon, des cartellete de Noël au pain typique de Matera en passant par les gressins au piment crusco et les gâteaux. La boulangère est très gentille, les prix raisonnables. Ça vaut le coup de marcher jusque là. Manque juste un café à emporter.

01/04/2024: Kind and helpful. Top quality ingredients cooked with preparation. Despite being a fixed Easter Monday menu it was well above average. Tasting the home-produced oil on crostini was also appreciated
28/03/2024: Beautiful day at the Oil Museum... a well-renovated ancient oil mill where you can visit the museum and above all taste Lucanian dishes cooked with the love of a mother. You feel at home both for the welcome received from the owner Giusy and for the dishes you eat. Absolutely coming back!

01/04/2024: We stayed in Matera for 3 days and the place was our fixed stop for breakfast. Exceptional croissants. We tasted the cream roll, the cubic croissant with cream and (fresh) blueberries, the cereal croissant with jam and (fresh) red fruits and the croissant with cream and (fresh) red fruits. I can't say which is the best, but they are so light that you want to eat the second one. Quality coffee and cappuccinos. The staff is very kind and attentive in their service. It is also possible to have an aperitif. A quiet and elegant place, with attention to detail.
