It is and remains for me the best bread in Casentino. I recommend the ancient grain bread and the gran nero. As a vegan I also find a choice between savory (schiacciata) and sweet (puff pastry with jam, or tarts on request). The oven usually doesn't use lard, but it's always best to ask. Marco and his colleagues are really kind and helpful people.

The scent of freshly baked bread is wonderful 😋😋😋😋 Not to mention the brioches and cream husbandzzi 🤤🤤🤤 the specialties of the Casentino Easter tradition deserve a special mention Marco you are great!!++

Historic bakery of Bibbiena, strictly artisanal and delicious products such as the various types of bread and then pizzas, fried sandwiches, stuffed flatbreads and lots of cakes, cantuccini biscuits and many other places to visit without any ifs or buts.
