gentle, well-leavened wood-fired bread. in August they make arancini and pizza by the slice. all good. Barbirotti travel recommended a stop in Trecchina even just for a quick snack

A huge choice of pizzas to buy whole or by the slice. The price is by weight. There are also Arrancini, they are very good. We did not try the bread but the plain croissants, it is also possible to have them filled with chocolate or cream. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere but the pizzas are really very good.

Avevamo voglia di pizza fatta al forno, abbiamo fatto 25 minuti di macchina per venire qui... Migliore scelta che potessimo fare! Pizza buonissima, ingredienti di qualità e impasto super leggero e saporito, i prezzi sono giusti e in più la signora è a dir poco adorabile. Se mai dovessimo tornare a Trecchina, ripasseremo con piacere ❤️

Abbiamo mangiato prima pizza al trancio per cena e più tardi tornati a mangiare i cornetti. Tutto ottimo. Bisogna fare la fila ma l'attesa ne vale la pena!!

Pizza a pala molto molto buona, ingredienti di ottima qualità, solo gli arancini ed i crocche' non mi hanno x niente appagata. Assolutamente da visitare, anche x il suo essere completamente informale e d'estate Trecchina è un paradiso. Non c'è servizio ai tavoli, solo self-service

Tutti i prodotti da forno sono ottimi ma raccomando le pizze. La pasta è leggera croccante fuori e morbida dentro, ben alceolata, segno di un'ottima lievitazione. I gusti sono moltissimi, dalla classica Margherita a tipi particolari, con salsiccia, bufala, pecorino, funghi, ortaggi, broccoli, tutti ingredienti di qualità eccellente. .

26/11/2023: Excellent typical restaurant, which offers a fixed menu for €25, homemade with genuine ingredients, very kind waitstaff who also offered us a taste of the first course that we hadn't taken. Very satisfied, we recommend!
19/11/2023: Excellent lunch had today in Monticchio. Perhaps gripped by the munchies, we dared to book at this restaurant on the advice of the boy with the flyers placed on the mountain curb from 5 in the morning. Conclusion: top aubergines. As well as Gaudianello bread and water. The icing on the cake was the pan-roasted capocollo which didn't even need to be cut with a knife given its friability. I will definitely return, but next time with my lover.
