PAN8 In Bologna

Excellent gluten-free sandwich, stuffed without reservations and above all with cured meats, cheeses, sauces... of excellent quality!

In Bologna you eat well in the center, basically wherever you sit, but at Pan8 you eat very well. The sandwiches are extremely filling and with excellent tasting products. You are very close to the other diners, but this is the common feature if you eat in Piazza Maggiore. The service is simple, but the staff are quick, friendly and the bill is brought out on a platter with a button of vegan dark chocolate, suitable for anyone. Very clean sanitary facilities. The only flaw, so to speak, is the slightly high cost of the beer which, not being artisanal, seems excessive to me to pay €5.50, but it's still in the center of Bologna so it's okay. Highly recommended, especially the "simple" mortadella, buffalo mozzarella and pistachio cream.

The best GF & Vegetarian sandwich I’ve eaten so far here in Italy ! I highly recommend the pesto & dried tomatoes sandwich fillings. The bread was so fluffy and fresh! The non gluten free options are also delicious!!! Large portion sizes and friendly staff . Prices are moderate. A sandwich will run you €10-20 per person on average depending what you get . If you come around lunchtime, there will most likely be a line, especially on the weekends. we did get in just a little while later with no wait and we served fairly quickly. so many great places to see around the restaurant so it wasn’t a problem waiting. Another plus was all the servers spoke English and were very helpful with the menu. Would definitely come back on my next trip!

I had a sandwich to go today. I really appreciate the variety of the ingredients and the fact that you can make your own sandwich. The pear and ginger sauce was top!

Sizeable sandwiches generously stuffed with excellent quality cured meats and cheeses. Non-trivial combinations and fresh ingredients make it difficult to choose between dozens of interesting and curious sandwiches. We need to come back often to be able to taste everything!

Siamo In pieno Centro storico Pedonale , di fianco Ad un bar molto noto , deliziosi tavolini esterni , buona la qualità , conto non propriamente economico ma d’ altronde il Luogo lo giustifica , una cosa per tutte , un terribile cartello esposto in vetrina che avvisa che non si Fanno conti separati , lo trovo Terribile , aggiungo che un Po di cortesia in più non guasterebbe.

Locale nel centro di Bologna a pochi passi da piazza Maggiore. Personale gentile e disponibile. Panini di diversi tipi e gusti. Buoni ma li ho trovato un po’ cari.
