We went last night to eat a pizza and a plate of tagliolini with homemade ragù. We had chosen not to take starters so as not to "fill up" ourselves too much but the owner surprisingly brought us two bruschettas with olive cream and two with excellent seafood salad. The ragù is the same as it used to be, tasty, delicate and with ancient flavours, the pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! We also went to the most famous ones in Rome....but the pizza was inedible! This is not only delicious, but also very digestible, you could eat two more later, excellent quality ingredients and in the right quantity, you can see they care. If this restaurant were in the center of Rome it would make a splash as it already does in a small village like Scandriglia. Last but not least, they bring us two desserts, fresh, delicious yogurt made by them and a slice of cake with cream, and always a surprise. What to say? Friendly owners, family atmosphere, very kind, friendly, it's a pleasant discovery where we will definitely return. Thank you

At Maurizio's it's always a guarantee! We go there almost every party, this year on August 15th it was super special, with super ravioli with ricotta and spinach, but the best are always the Scandrigliesi sagne.

Visited last night with my wife and daughter. Family-run restaurant/pizzeria. Excellent food and very honest prices. Mr Maurizio was very accommodating. We will be back for sure.. Greetings from the boy from Palombara Sabina. See you soon
