Last night I returned to the Tiresia Restaurant, a Rimini classic where I have always found a welcoming environment and impeccable service. Located in Via XX Settembre, this restaurant always has an atmosphere that combines elegance and comfort, perfect for both a dinner with friends, work or family. I opted for the pear and gorgonzola tortelloni, an exquisite dish, the sweetness of the pear blends wonderfully with the flavor of the gorgonzola, truly tasty. It's a dish I highly recommend. As a second course, I chose a classic: fillet tartare, another of my favorite dishes here at Tiresia. Top quality meat, tender and tasty, freshly prepared and served with your favorite condiments. The service, as usual, was attentive and courteous, the guys were always ready to offer advice on dishes and wine, making the experience even more pleasant. In conclusion, my evening with friends was once again a confirmation of why I consider it one of the best places to dine in Rimini.
