A very correct service. It didn't require us to make a reservation. The restaurant is nice looking, with a great atmosphere. The food surprised us, it is good, they cook well. The cleaning is exhaustive and the treatment is great. 10/10

Nice place, very friendly staff and very nice owner. Good food even if perhaps some things are frozen and are not indicated on the menu, such as the white rabbit ragout. Other than that I would go back.

I had dinner with a group visiting the city: a truly excellent experience, both for the quality of the food and for the courtesy of the staff and the insistence (always polite) of the owner in offering us an encore or even a trio of the various courses! Gestito dal simpatico e vulcanico proprietario, questo ristorante offre cucina pisana di mare e di terra davvero buona. Ottima carta dei vini. Conto nella media.

Abbiamo festeggiato la cresima di nostro figlio sabato scorso in questo locale. L’osteria si trova in centro a Pisa, a pochi passi dal lungarno, ma defilata dalla zona più affollata. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: piatti che rispettano la tradizione toscana, di qualità e abbondanti. Il signor Carlo, oste sempre attento ai propri clienti, che rallegra anche la serata con la sua simpatia.

05/04/2024: Had a wonderful meal here yesterday - exquisite food, excellent service, and the best bread we've eaten in Tuscany. We had the Blu di bufala (Buffalo blue cheese) and Trancetto di baccalà (Cod with citrus fruits and puntarelle) starters followed by the Fagottelli di fonduta (cheese fondue ravioli with black truffle), the Spaghetti with octopus chorizo and the roasted endive (Indivia arrosto) mains - all were absolutely wonderful. The ravioli were outstanding and are a 'can't miss' if you do visit. Can't wait to go back when the outdoor terrace is open, as the views of Montescudaio and the coast are spectacular. A great place to go for a special occasion, or just to treat yourself or someone special. You deserve it!
25/02/2024: First time at this restaurant. Modern but sober and pleasant furnished room. Too bad about the noise when there are tables and they allow you to talk calmly with your diner. I recommended sound-absorbing panels. Chef Simone proved himself capable of combining innovation and tradition with excellent products. The tagliolini with pigeon and blueberries are excellent, as are the gnocchi with fennel, crunchy black cabbage and chicken bittarga. Worth trying, as are the non-trivial desserts. The service needs to improve. Still good at the chef. See you soon

07/04/2024: The bar is close to the most touristy area and feels like a local atmosphere, they even offer discounts for students, we ordered two paninis which were very well made, I would definitely go back.
