All delicious dishes!! We took the risotto, the tagliolini, the lamb chops, the thousand puff pastry and the chocolate salami. All very good. Very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

excellent local cuisine, never banal executions. the mashed potatoes alone are worth the visit. then, of course, there are Quadra's Franciacortas within reach of a glass.

Soggiornando ai cappuccini resort , l’osteria quadra franciacorta si è rivelata una location pazzesca. Dai primi ai secondi. Il cervo è qualcosa di eccezionale, idem il risotto. Per quanto mi riguarda il tiramisù con i pavesini, ha vinto. Tornerò assolutamente.

Abbiamo cenato in due e ci siamo trovati bene, personale cortese e piatti buoni e ben fatti. Un po' caruccio il conto visto il fatto che non abbiamo preso il secondo. Stanza parecchio rumorosa, purtroppo. Mi ha fatto un po' storcere il naso il coperto a 2.50, dal momento che mi trovo in un'osteria e che non c'era tutta questa attenzione o pregio, appunto, per il coperto. Sicuramente torneremo per un secondo tentativo, magari d'estate visto che lo spazio esterno è decisamente più suggestivo di quello interno.

06/05/2024: We stayed at the hotel in Brescia for 3 different weeks this year and had dinner here. This is an Indian Restaurant but they also serve Italian food. All the pasta, risotto, chicken and meat you ate was delicious. Especially the meat and chicken they grill is very good, they grill the meat to the right consistency without drying it out. Risotto and pasta are also very delicious and perfect. I really liked the few Indian dishes I tried, even though it was my first time eating them. The place is nicely furnished and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When we wanted to open our own wine, they made no trouble and brought us nice wine glasses. I will never forget the attention and smiling face of the employees. I definitely recommend it.
