The place is welcoming and hospitable. The staff is well trained and very friendly. The food was excellent and presented very well.... and I went back. Optimal!!! Once again Antonio amazed me with his desserts.

Dinner for a couple on a Friday evening, elegant venue with tasteful furnishings, attention to detail. Dishes that are a work of art, it is a real sensorial experience for the palate. High quality fish enhanced by highly refined, refined and delicate cuisine. Explosive flavors. Very particular desserts that are real sculptures, it's almost painful to eat them due to their perfection, nothing short of excellent.
Super wine list. Very kind staff and attentive to every detail and customer requests.
Congratulations to the owners, working at the forefront in the kitchen who express passion and research for taste that is fully transmitted by their dishes.

Excellent restaurant, suitable for a dinner as a couple or for a group of friends or family. The dishes are taken care of both in the search for ingredients, in the execution and in the plating. The fish is of excellent quality, the choice of wines from Lipari is vast. A restaurant you absolutely must try. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ci siamo stati e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti, servizio discreto presente e molto gentile, ritmi corretti e non troppo diluiti e cena molto piacevole e di alta qualità.
Materia prima ottima, preparazioni attente e ricercate e piatti molto interessanti e nelle giuste quantità.
Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.
Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, torneremo sicuramente non appena in zona.

My friends got married last Saturday and the wedding lunch was held at Osteria Pomice. We were a small group of 11 people and the restaurant was closed for this occasion. We had a set menu which was amazing.
We had small appetizers with an excellent Sicilian Spumante brut from Canicatti Winery
We then started with an amazing antipasto:
"Crudo di Mare"
Scampi, Mazzara red shrimp, mini Aeolian tuna tartar, scallop, salmon, fresh fruit brunoise
Served with a white Etna Bianco 2022 from Etna (Carricante grape) from Graci Winery
"Miseria e Nobilita"
Anchovy a beccafico
"In Riva al Mare"
Lemon-scented raw shrimp spaghetti
Served with a white Eredi di Maio 2020 from Etna (Carricante grape)
"Panacea d'Amore"
Couscous with lemon, pistachio pesto, capers and basil with citrus-marinated amberjack
"Il Cavaliere dei Mari"
The saltimbocca of swordfish and pistachios stuffed with king prawns.
"Sicilia Bedda"
Caponata of eggplants (Caponata is a Sicilian dish consisting of chopped fried eggplant/aubergine and other vegetables)
Served with a wonderful white 1934 Bianco 2020 from Sicily (Chardonnay and Grillo grapes)
"Pre-dessert"
Raspberry pannacotta vanilla caramel and lime
"Ossidiana"
Black sesame shell, 70/% chocolate mousse, cocoa crumble, caramel and whiskey ganache, almond and black sesame praline, chocolate cookie
Served with a Champagne Gaïa Chardonnay Expression Chardonay 2018 rom Gonet Sulcova
It was an amazing 5-hour lunch. The Sicilian owners of Osteria Pomice brought the culture of Aeolian cuisine outside of Lipari Island. The restaurant is marked by creativity and the constant search for unique flavors, carried out by Chefs Demetrio and Carmela (the parents). Their sons work with them. Andrea shares a passion for desserts, Antonio for Design, and Giuseppe for Wine. The decor recalls tradition with the ceramics collected over the years by the owners and produced in Lipari, by Maestro Franco Lauria,
If you are in Milan or the area, it is worth making the detour to experience this amazing restaurant that deserves a Michelin star!!
