Osteria La Palazzina In Ozzano dell'emilia

A rather remote and nice family-run restaurant. Since there was no English menu, the owner took the time to translate and explain all the dishes to us in detail. The dishes were delicious and we will definitely come back when we are nearby! :)

Dinner with friends, beautiful location in a hillside farmhouse surrounded by greenery with spectacular panoramic views. Excellent tortelloni with pastry and filling, among the best I have ever tasted, pappardelle with wild boar equally excellent. The crescentine are very good, the portion of cold cuts could be improved, both for the quantity which in my opinion is just sufficient, and for the quality of some of the cold cuts (mortadella). A slightly more painful issue is the barbecue, which is either not cooked on a "regular" grill with embers (perhaps on an electric plate?), which would be incomprehensible for a place that has an enviable outdoor space, or the the quality of the meat was not excellent, which seems unlikely to me (therefore I lean towards the first hypothesis), the fact is that we were not 100% satisfied. Excellent chocolate mascarpone. Price slightly high, but I would say also justified by the beauty of the place.

Courtesy and professionalism, the Palazzina remains a fixed point for those looking for excellent raw materials and conviviality. Fair prices in line with the offer. Absolutely worth trying are the ricotta tortelloni which are the strong point of the Osteria (all homemade).

Extraordinary place. Great food and lovely people. I've been here several times already, and every time I can't wait to come back

Abbiamo preso crescentine per due con affettati, formaggi , abbiamo chiesto i sottaceti per una sola persona: crescentine ottime, sottaceti e formaggi ben dosati, salumi appena sufficienti… diciamo che 30 euro a testa per crescentine con aggiunta di un solo dolce ed uno solo caffè ci possono stare ma almeno gli affettati fateli mangiare e non solo immaginare, non andrete in rovina!

Serata "Indimenticabile"! Io ed il mio Amico Toni siamo rimasti Entusiasti dalla Vostra Arte Culinaria, Simpatia e Accoglienza. I Vostri Tortelloni non hanno "Eguali nel Mondo", questo è stato Stabilito all' Unanimità da tutti noi 3 che abbiamo avuto la gioia di poterli gustare! "L' Assaggino di Tagliatelle" ha poi consolidato la già meravigliosa esperienza! Crescentine con Affettati, Grigliata di Carne Mista ( bisognerebbe dire "Mistica" ) con Relativi Contorni li abbiamo "Fulminati" nel vero senso della parola... Non ci credeva neanche "Colui" che ci ha Gentilmente e Professionalmente servito! E sinceramente non ci credevamo neanche noi, ma era tutto così... Estremamente Piacevole ed Appetitoso che andava giù da solo... Io poi che di solito non "amo particolarmente" la Carne, che Vi devo dire, mi sono piacevolmente ricreduto! Anche se eravamo già "A Livello", non abbiamo resistito al Mitico Mascarpone e ad un "Assaggino" di Zuppa Inglese, che ahimè, io non avendo più fisicamente lo spazio necessario, con tanto di lacrimuccia ho potuto solo ammirare... Vabbè, prossimo giro... Erano "Anni" che il mio Caro Amico Valter mi "Narrava" della Vostra Arte della Ristorazione... Ed aveva veramente e pienamente ragione!
