Osteria Fiorentina In Milano

26/04/2024: Lunch at this restaurant has become a ritual for my colleagues and I, between our meetings in Via Durini, during the Milan Design Week. However, this year’s visit was somehow odd. It all started when we were standing in line waiting for table, all 4 of us. Then, out of nowehere, there’s this female waitress or manager, not sure, dressed in a black suit, with long black hair, scolding me for standing inches away from the line! I understand that the restaurant is full and she’s busy, but shouting on customers isn’t a kind or professional behavior. I have no idea why she was angry, and I don’t care tbh, but her strange attitude continued while typing on the computer screen in front of people! Even if you’re under pressure, it’s not a good look for customers to see you in this state!! On the other hand, Francesco was amazing! This guy literally managed the whole restaurant by himself! My colleagues and I couldn’t believe how active, professional and helpful this guy was. Food was sublime was usual. This place isn’t cheap, but not expensive either! All our dishes were great and we were more than satisfied.

04/04/2024: The environment is very nice. Classic Italian restaurant. The food is extraordinarily delicious. If you happen to be in Duomo, be sure to eat here.
