It is a historic place, even Hemingway used to come here. Environment with a pleasantly popular atmosphere, simple and tasty food at the same time, service is courteous and fast. The prices are without surprises. Advised.

I highly recommend, typical place, for amateurs, real and unsophisticated. It presents itself as a tavern in an ancient, authentic context, with excellent quality of dishes, slightly revisited compared to tradition without losing its peculiarities. I would have gladly returned on the return journey but unfortunately it was closed, maybe next time!

22/04/2024: Good restaurant, excellent traditional cuisine, with dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere, such as fried brains and donkey mortadella or strozzapreti seasoned with an offal ragout. The dessert, sbrisolona with jam, was not up to par. Fast and young service.
