Family dinner: the famous stuffed platter, buffalo mozzarella, tripe and rigatoni with pajata are excellences of Roman cuisine. Alessandro Borghese won 1st prize for cacio e pepe.

As always a pleasure to eat in this place, a cacio e pepe which I would define as fabulous preceded by a rich platter of cold cuts, cheeses and the inevitable porchetta

THE FRUIT!!! Typical environment, welcoming, friendly and attentive staff, stellar appetizer and traditional first courses. It's worth the trip. I forgot... more than fair price. We will be back soon.

Excellent experience. Traditional dishes, delicious cold cuts and appetizers. They have the best porchetta I've ever tasted. Everything is homemade, from the bread to the exceptional wine donuts.

Ottima fraschetteria dove ho apprezzato una delle migliori cacio e pepe mai mangiata con una cremina che da sola vale la cena. Per il resto cucina tipica romana dagli antipasti misti di affettati (ottimi i salamini, deludente il formaggio) fagioli e salsiccia (molto buoni) latticini e bruschetta ai primi (carbonara niente di eccezionale mentre già scritto per l’ottimo cacio e pepe) Romanella e vino rosso della casa da accompagno accettabili. Ottimo il prezzo!

Una fraschetta speciale per simpatia e gentilezza! Siamo stati accolti con scherzosa familiarità ma con rispetto; abbiamo mangiato le portate tipiche di questo genere di locali, tutte molto buone ed in porzioni generose, abbiamo speso poco in rapporto alla quantità e alla qualità. Un pranzo che ricorderemo sempre con piacere e che lascia la voglia di tornare.

28/05/2024: Finally a gluten-free restaurant with all the trimmings. All fried foods and desserts are completely gluten free, the pizza (pinsa) is literally wonderful, probably one of the best I have ever eaten. They are part of the AIC circuit, so there is no risk of contamination. When I go out to dinner, I always try to go to them. Compliments.
27/05/2024: Small flaws prevent us from giving 5 stars to an overall very positive experience. I will definitely return, with the certainty that the score will be updated to 5.
