Excellent gourmet restaurant. The only flaw is the discomfort of the external tables

An exemplary culinary experience from start to finish, though service seemed pretty cold to tourists and they were not happy to receive questions about the food. The maître d' also seemed annoyed at me for being left handed? In other fine dining settings, they will usually just start leaving the silverware on the left side after the first course, but she kept resetting it to the right. I said "sono mancino". Anyway... We tried the 5-course starter tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were very good and I would recommend adding it even if you only casually drink wine. I'm assuming the tasting menu rotates so I won't review the specific dishes in too much detail here, but I will say that the shrimp carpaccio with foie gras and onion jelly was possibly the best flavor combination I have ever had. The portion sizes, pacing of the dishes, and overall variety of flavors and textures were very satisfying and we left full but not overly so.

We had the excellent HHH tasting menu with the wine pairing. Everything was very good that evening. The quality of the products was impeccable and the taste was excellent. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely evening.

Absolutely unforgettable experience and amazing food and staff! We had the 15 course lunch for our 10th anniversary sitting at the Chef’s Table. We had the pleasure of watching the careful preparation so that each dish is served perfectly. Thank you to the entire staff!
