Well deserved 5 stars for the quality of the fresh and artfully cooked food. Excellent welcome and kindness from the owner and his employees. Each dish had a harmony of flavors and a truly unsurpassed taste without forgetting the very low price. The location is simple but well-kept and above all very clean. Super recommended!!!!

07/06/2024: Very spartan place, perhaps a little too spartan in the San Giovanni area. Some dishes noteworthy, others less so but overall a pleasant discovery. Exceptional tripe, escarole with burrata and anchovies good, fettuccine alla gricia also good, except those with lamb ragout which were tasteless. Tiramisu failed, but zabaglione and sour cherry tart were good. Very casual service with only one girl, to whom I congratulate for her courtesy and precision despite the amount of people, serving all customers inside and out. Very good price and in line with the context. Very warm interior room. Definitely a good address for a Roman lunch or dinner.
04/06/2024: Really very good typical cuisine, quality ingredients, not touristy at all. The prices are really excellent compared to the quality of the dishes. One "flaw", the small veranda outside is a bit in the middle of the road, but the rest makes up for it!
