Very friendly family business with fantastic dishes a la cucina casalinga. The spinach dumplings stuffed with bacon and the zuppa orzo e fagioli, for example, are a dream, or as they say in Italy, buoni da morire. It's great that this wonderful restaurant has been able to exist in the furthest corner of the Valli del Natisone for many years. Unfortunately only open on weekends, but then well attended.

Ik hou van deze plek. De eigenaren zijn zo lief en vriendelijk. Het eten is heerlijk en met liefde gemaakt. Het uitzicht overweldigend. De reis ernaartoe een beleving die ik niet had willen missen.

21/09/2023: There is no menu, you see what they have on a handwritten piece of paper, then at the end you find out how much you have to pay. The food...you get full, but who knows what.
09/08/2023: Excellent food at a fair price! We have always received a very warm welcome and fantastic food here over the last 9 years. Nowhere have I eaten a better Vitello Tonnato than here. Small special feature: There is no written menu, instead Gianni reads out the currently available dishes in Italian (with a few translations if necessary - but everything is delicious anyway), which are then freshly prepared. Grazie Gianni e Manuela - not vediamo l'ora di ritornare!

16/01/2024: In questa recensione non mi dilungherò molto, non me ne vogliano i titolari, ma quello che posso dire è: -complimenti -continuate così! Ci sono stato con un amico che ci teneva a farmi assaggiare queste focacce e niente mi sa che ci tornerò assolutamente, una focaccia unica buona e di qualità.
31/12/2023: L’aspetto di pizze e focacce é indubbiamente invitante, ma non c’era posto a sedere e al banco non si poteva stare ( i raccomandati invece si). Un po’ più di educazione avrebbe almeno lasciato la voglia di riprovare a tornarci.
