Fiorentine steak was nice. Although the restaurant was not that busy, service was a bit lagging. Is right next to a parking garage which is a big plus if you drove to Firenze

In a utility street that mostly hosts garages and supplies backdoors for the nice shops with their storefronts on Porta Rossa street, you find this hidden gem of a restaurant. Excellent beef filet variations, my wife and I liked it so much we went two days in a row.

The staff is professional, humorous and friendly. We recommend cooking the T-bone steak medium. The taste is really savory and flavorful, and it's the best.

What a wonderful dining experience! The food was the best we've had so far in Florence and we've had some outstanding dinners with excellent wine. Last night our server was Simon. An amazing young man that helped to make the whole evening memorable. We will be coming back here again on future trips to this magical city, Florence.

Sono stata in questo magnifico ristorante un sabato sera, posto incantevole, tutti i tavoli molto eleganti e a lume di candela. Abbiamo preso un tagliere misto grande di salumi e formaggi e un involtino di melanzana ripieno come antipasti e poi Una grandissima Fiorentina con patate al forno, una bottiglia d'acqua e abbiamo speso 180€ Era tutto spettacolare e personale molto molto gentile. Ci tornerò sicuramente

We were traveling to Florence and had to try Bisteca Fiorentina. I looked up steak restaurants on another app and booked a reservation for Oliviero! Staff was super friendly and attentive. And our waiter was quite funny and a delight. We ordered filet with truffle and foigras dishes, salmon and green rice (so good) , truffle pasta, asparagus, potatoes, and tiramisu. Really great tasting food! Delicious! But the service here is 5 stars! And the chef was super friendly. When we were leaving, the sky opened up and just started pouring rain. He called the taxi for us and really came through for us, as we didn’t speak a lick of Italian and trying to translate on your phone in hard rain was stressful enough. If you’re ever in Florence, book a reservation at Oliviero’s and order the steak and salmon dishes! Chef’s kiss! Magnifico!!
