The jewel in the crown of this old wild west is definitely the staff, always very kind and helpful, the food is very good and the atmosphere is excellent, even when it's crowded. I have been there many times, even to celebrate birthdays, and I will return many more!

On Saturday evening, 5 adults, 2 children and an infant, we found the head waiter very kind, friendly, attentive to our needs and very quick. To make us feel more comfortable he wanted to add another table for 2 to ours and it was much appreciated as gesture, food in line with the franchise. Thank you for the welcome and attention shown to us.

This time I didn't have a great time, even though the owners later offered a discount to make up for a mistake (overcooked and very salty cut) (which was appreciated). The venue has seats both inside and outside. The staff is kind.

Questo posto è straordinario! Sicuramente soprattutto grazie all'accoglienza del meraviglioso, gentile, simpatico, affascinante e super professionale Jimmy!
Lui riesce sempre a trovarti un posto anche quando dimentichi di prenotare e ti fa sempre sentire il benvenuto facendoti sentire come a casa.. Lui con tutto il suo fantastico staff ti coccolano da quando entri a quando esci consigliandoti piatti squisiti ed accontentandoti su ogni richiesta.. Ho provato altri old Wild west in Piemonte ma.. Nessuno è come loro.. Provare per credere.. Insomma, ottimo cibo in un ambiente caldo ed accogliente tutto innaffiato da tanta professionalità e gentilezza! LO STRACONSIGLIO 😍

Ho pranzato infinite volte in questo locale a Moncalieri e devo dire che mi sono sempre trovata bene. Ottimo cibo, locale stile americano molto carino e personale gentile. Sono stata colpita dal personale sempre molto attento e gentile per tutto. Complimenti all’Old Wild West di Moncalieri. Locale consigliato.
