The fresh mozzarella sandwich was so fresh the guy who made it, not made the sandwich but the cheese yo, dipped his dipper in a barrel of cheese and made the sandwich that way. It was moist, delicious, and fresh. It was so fresh that it was back talking to me, and what it was saying was you aren't going to forget this sandwich yo, and I haven't. God damn it was good!

Very small place in the center of Alberobello but with a selection of top Apulian foods, wines and beers. A peaceful corner where you can have outdoor aperitifs with friends

Osteria Al Gambero Rozzo

06/05/2024: Excellent raw fish. The first dish was salty but upon request they brought another one. Service managed by the owner who takes orders and by very kind guys but unfortunately not trained in what they serve. We were there on a public holiday and the waiting times were very long. Fair prices. The location is nothing special.
28/04/2024: Excellent food, if you are not very demanding about the structure, the tavern is at the top for quality.
