The Roman pinsa is fragrant and of excellent quality, the products are fresh, the service is courteous and quick. I can't give five stars to the environment because it is a tarmac square (even though it is furnished to the best of its ability). There were four of us and we took a pinsa each, two medium beers and a bottle of water. The total bill was €60 (exactly €15 each). However, I will make some necessary notes: 1) the knives don't cut very well, and the grip slips on the plate. 2) the cost of drinks and service is not shown on the menu present as a tablecloth on the table. 2.1) paying €2 for a paper cover and without bread is excessive (even if others do it) 2.2) paying €7 for an average double malt beer is absurd (even though it's delicious)

Excellent Roman pizza, good red beer.

The pinsa is very good, well leavened, tasty and digestible even if I still prefer the traditional and popular pizza (but this is a personal opinion). Good selection of beers. Very efficient staff. Very nice interior, outside with tables on the parking lot a little sad. Prices a little too high.
