Really very beautiful location, I was in this place for a graduation, we had dinner with various starters, various fried foods (panelle, French fries, mozzarella in carrozza etc.) and then a tour of Pinsa, various flavours, I must say that I ate really well, the pinsa was really good. The service is impeccable, the waiters know what they are doing, they are usually awkward and wander around the rooms without a reason, I have seen the waiters at Officina 51 really prepared, very kind. Highly recommended

The food in fenerale is good. The last time, however, I took a cut of scottona I think, rare.... it arrived cold and the meat was tough and tasteless. The pinsas are also delicious, as are the fried foods and desserts.

I hope it was an isolated case, I found the staff a bit clumsy. For the rest, a very good pinsa. I recommend it

Good experience. For dinner with an excellent pinsa faithful to the Roman tradition. A place well frequented also by actors in the post-ABC theater scene. Punctual and attentive service. Excellent beer and wine! Super recommended. Open kitchen
