12/03/2024: One of the best pizzerias in Ancona for takeaway. Beyond the fantastic logo with the smiling pizza with tomato feet, Mr. Luigi is a man of the people. The pizzas all cost the same in defiance of the horrible gourmet pizzerias that are all the rage today. Pizza is first and foremost a popular dish. Furthermore, the pizzas are very consistent, and this can be understood from the fact that the same menu repeats the word pizza on every flavour. Luigi doesn't make margherita pizza, but margherita pizza. Double pizza and double margherita. We certainly don't skimp on the ingredients which are abundant and enveloping. What can we say about the berry pizza? Taste that makes fun of the wording "seafood". In fact, neither one nor the other is fruit. Luigi berries are mushrooms. Lots of mushrooms, depending on which ones he found at the supermarket. You never really know what you're going to get, but if you want to eat mushrooms, christ, you've found the dish for you. One star less only because unfortunately the vegetarian choice, for a Buddha like me, is very little. But we'll make do with it. Luckily because otherwise I would have had to move a mess to be able to give 6 stars.
